Horse trail riding with friends
Lone riders & Social riders
Among the horse trail riders we can distinguish two groups, those who prefer riding with company and those who prefer riding alone. I'm in the second group, I enjoy going on trail rides in nature alone. This isn't the case with my cousins and many others.
I have gone on trail rides with friends and others many times and it's not that I don't like it but I prefer riding alone accompanied by dogs or maybe one intimate friend, Not with 5 other people that some of them I don't even know that much.
Joint trail ride
This time was different. We went on a trail ride as a group of 12 riders (which I didn't know most of them) and it was really fun and enjoyable.
After two rides that we went only two of us (me and my cousin). My cousin who is among those who like riding with company suggested that we invite the other club in our village to have a joint trail ride and have breakfast by the small waterfall which is about 2 hours from our clubs. I accepted reluctantly and called them. We made an appointment to go on Thursday. We were a group of two riders (me and my cousin) and they were six.
Planning
We planned to meet each other somewhere at the beginning of the trail path and go together from there to the waterfall. Take a break, have breakfast by the waterfall, and come back home. My friend Fardin (who takes care of our horses) was supposed to bring the table, chair, and other equipment with the car and meet us there. After breakfast me and Fardin were going to switch so he rides back with the horses and I ride back with the car. I had some work to do and also riding back home isn't much fun (sometimes even boring).
The trail started
We started our ride in the morning after our friend called and said that they will be a bit late so we continued our ride slowly and they reached us a bit later.
I think we rode the horses for about 1.5 hours until we reached the mini waterfall. Then we started the fire while waiting for Fardin to bring the stuff. He came a bit later than we expected.
We had Cheese, Fried eggs, Cofee and Tea for breakfast. We talked and enjoyed the nature while the horses were resting. Then we started packing our stuff, I gave my horse to Fardin and rode the car back to the club.
